July the third marks the anniversary of a deadly US attack on an Iranian passenger plane. The US shot down the airliner over the Persian Gulf, after it took off from Bandar Abbas International Airport. All people on board the plane were killed in the tragic incident. More than three decades on, the US has refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing.
