Russia has suspended its participation in the New START treaty with the United States on Tuesday. The treaty limits the two sides’ nuclear arsenals which accounts for 90 percent of the world’s nuclear warheads. He said it would be absurd under the current conditions to allow the US to inspect its military facilities which is part of the New START treaty. What does this mean for Russia, the US, NATO and the world?
