India has decided to put Rohingya refugees at a detention center before deporting them to Myanmar. This is a reversal of an earlier decision by a minister to resettle them in remote areas.There are some 40,000 Rohingya in India. The UN rights chief says it remains unsafe for Rohingya to return to Myanmar.
