Most EU countries have announced their intention to increase their military spending. Such increases are estimated at around €200 billion for the next few years. It's under an initiative called the European Defense Investment Program (EDIP), which it says has to deepen cooperation between EU countries as well as with their NATO partners. Why not come up with a program that will help their citizens who are suffering from high energy costs and incomes that can’t keep up with inflation?
