Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has announced a series of punitive steps against Palestinians in response to the Friday operation in East al-Quds. The operation, which was carried out by 21-year-old Kheiry Alqam from East al-Quds, killed seven Israeli settlers and wounded several others.
