Secretary-General of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement Ziyad al-Nakhaleh has met with Iran’s Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian in Tehran. The meeting comes only a few days after the Political Bureau Chief of Hamas, Ismail Haniyeh arrived in the Iranian capital for high-level talks.
