The Israeli genocidal war is a complicated one. ON the one hand, the genocide is continuing with tens of Palestinians killed on a daily basis. On the other hand, Israel assassinates the lead Palestinian negotiator, yet it has said it will attend the new ceasefire talks. And while the US is pushing for a ceasefire, it provides the Israeli regime with bombs, $3.5bn in military aid, and then a $20bn military package. In this edition of the Spotlight, we will look at the chances for a ceasefire, amidst the possibilities of a major Hezbollah and Iran retaliation.
