Security is tight around the residence of US Republican presidential candidate, Donald Trump, in Florida after an apparent attempt on his life.
Roads in some areas of West Palm Beach are still blocked. The FBI said it responded to an incident at the former president’s golf club and is investigating what appears to be an attempted assassination. The Secret Service has also launched a probe. The suspect, identified as Ryan Wesley Routh by media, has been detained. He was spotted pointing a rifle at where Trump was golfing on Sunday afternoon. He attempted to flee but was later arrested. Trump says he is not harmed. He also survived a shooting during a presidential campaign rally in Pennsylvania just over two months ago.
