Support for the oppressed people of Gaza and Palestine is an obligation for all Muslims. This is according to the Leader of Iran’s Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei. On the occasion of the Birth Anniversary of Prophet Muhammad during Unity Week, Ayatollah Khamenei reiterated the importance of brotherhood amongst Muslims and their support for the Palestinians. The unity of Islamic countries was also a repeated theme during Iran’s President Massoud Pezeshkian’s first news conference .
