Israeli police attack settlers calling for Gaza captive exchange deal

The Israeli police have attacked settlers calling for the regime to accept a ceasefire deal to secure the return of captives held in Gaza.
The security forces also arrested several protesters. The demonstrations were held in Tel Aviv and al-Quds, among other cities, with settlers denouncing the cabinet of Benjamin Netanyahu for its failure to secure the release of captives. They demanded the regime secure a deal with Palestinian resistance movement Hamas in the ongoing round of negotiations. The protests came after a delegation was sent to Qatar for indirect talks with Hamas. The demonstrators have accused Netanyahu of torpedoing previous efforts to reach a deal so that he could remain in power.
