Israeli forces have escalated their aggression in the northern West Bank by deploying tanks to Jenin, a flashpoint city where a military operation has already been ongoing for more than a month now. The deployment is the first of its kind since 2002, raising fears that the displaced Palestinians would be unable to return to their homes anytime soon.
