After two years of the latest round of genocide by the Israeli regime in Gaza and at least 67,800 fatalities, a shaky ceasefire is holding, with occasional violations by the Zionists. Palestinians, who have been displaced time and time again during these two years are finally returning to where their homes use to be. More than 90 percent of the homes in Gaza have been damaged or destroyed. So most people are returning to rubble, but nevertheless, they are returning. Once again Palestinians show that like their olive trees, they are resilient and just as decimated olive trees’ roots can regrow, so can the Palestinians rebuild and restart their lives in the Gaza Strip and throughout Palestine.
