The United States has announced it would seek to rejoin the United Nations Rights council for the 2022-24 term. Stating that Washington's return to the Geneva-Based council is aimed at eliminating the focus on its ally Israel. Doesn't this draw the immediate conclusion that Israel is guilty of breaking international law especially in the occupied territories, that it needs US shielding?
