Israel continues with disproportionate,‎ deadly attacks on besieged Gaza Strip

Israel keeps pounding the Gaza Strip with airstrikes and artillery shells, causing more deaths and destruction in the besieged Palestinian territory. In the latest attacks, Israeli warplanes bombed residential areas in various parts of Gaza City as well as the city of Khan Yunis. Israeli ground forces and artillery units deployed near Gaza also carried out their attacks. The regime began its deadly aggression on Monday. According to the Palestinian Health Ministry in Gaza, at least 121 people, including 31 children and 19 women have been killed so far. It says over 620 others have also been wounded. The victims include six members of a single-family, who were killed in an attack in the city of Rafah. The aggression has forced hundreds of people to flee their homes near the so-called buffer zone.
