The Mujahedin-e-Khalq Organization is an anti-Iran terrorist group that is responsible for the killing of thousands of innocent Iranians. Yet the group enjoys the support of the United States and several European countries. Since 2012, the MKO has been heavily propagandized as an “Iranian opposition group” by the West and received strong favorable Western lobbying.
