On September 12, Iran’s Sahand destroyer and the support vessel Makran returned home after 133 days sailing 45,000 kilometers in the high seas and oceans and crossing two hemispheres in four seasons. Rear Admiral Shahram Irani told Press TV that from now on the Iranian naval forces will uphold international presence “with more lofty goals.”
