Iran capital Tehran is the host of the second meeting of Afghanistans six neighbors. Participants which included the UN sec. general Antonio Guterres, and the Chinese and Pakistani foreign ministers, agreed on issues like an all inclusive govt., no outside meddling in Afghan affairs, and joint cooperation to ensure security and stability.
