The Iranian Minister of Science, Research, and Technology stated that the education process is not halted at universities during the pandemic, so the students of MA and Ph.D. degrees can attend in-person to resume their studies by using university welfare facilities while the coronavirus protocols and guidelines are still necessary for all.
