Church leaders accuse Israel of anti-Christian bias and inaction in the face of attacks on holy sites and clergy. In a statement, al-Quds church leaders cited several cases of assault and vandalism. They said such attacks are aimed at driving the Christian community out of the holy city. The religious leaders further slammed Tel Aviv for admitting Jewish travelers despite a coronavirus-related travel ban for all foreigners. The Head of the Greek Orthodox Church in al-Quds says both the Christian and Muslim communities are being affected by the regime’s bias.
