Back in September 2011, when the Americans still had presence in Afghanistan and the war was still on between the Taliban group and the US forces, the Taliban took over an under construction building from where it fired several rockets at the US embassy in Kabul. One of the rockets hit Press TV’s office in Wazir Akbar Khan district of the capital. Many people, including civilians and the office’ staff, were injured in the attack. Sayed Farhad Taqadosi was also severely wounded in the rocket attack and days later, he succumbed to his injuries.
