On Saturday, a string of anti-system parties, labeled by the Italian media as the forces of dissent, gathered in Rome to discuss the challenges faced by Italy and the EU in addition to future strategies. The meeting was attended by political groups, including: More Sovereign and Popular Italy, Reclaim Italy and Alternative formations advocating for the protection of Italy's sovereign interests and for shielding a growing number of Italians who are paying a heavy toll to what they call a dictatorship of neoliberalism.
