Israeli warplanes have carried out airstrikes in Gaza, targeting a number of areas in the besieged coastal enclave. The attacks led to the death of at least one Palestinian. That came after Palestinian resistance groups fired rockets toward the occupied territories in response to the Israeli murder of Palestinian inmate Khader Adnan.
