North Korea has test-fired two intercontinental ballistic missiles that landed near Japan’s territorial waters. The Japanese Defense Ministry said the projectiles landed outside the country’s exclusive economic zone. The ministry said Tokyo was pursuing the matter through diplomatic channels.
