India’s main opposition party the Indian National Congress has released its election manifesto. The party has promised to boost social spending and reverse India’s Democracy. The party says democracy will be at risk if the BJP attains power in the upcoming general elections which will begin April 19. Munawar Zaman has more from New Delhi.
