South Koreans have held a protest in the capital Seoul against the government's resumption of loudspeaker broadcasts at the border directed at North Korea. Demonstrators also criticized jointed US-South Korea military exercises planned to take place within 5 kilometers of the heavily fortified Demilitarized Zone. Frank Smith reports from Seoul.
