Iran's acting foreign minister told the O-I-C meeting that Tehran has no option but to avenge the Israeli assassination of late Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh. Ali Bagheri Kani said this is necessary to deter further violations by the regime amid the U-N Security Council's inaction.
