The Palestinian resistance movement Hamas has hailed the shooting operation that led to the killing of three Israelis at a border crossing between the occupied West Bank and Jordan.
Hamas says the operation at Karama Crossing is a response to the Israeli crimes in Gaza and the West Bank. It added, the shooting reaffirms the Arab people’s rejection of the Israeli occupation. The military wing of Hamas has also issued a statement in praise of the operation. The Al-Qassam Brigades says the move is the result of the Al-Aqsa flood operation in early October. It added that the shooting is also the sign of a nightmare awaiting Israel. Jordanian national Maher Al-Jazi, a truck driver, was shot dead by Israeli forces after he carried out the shooting operation on Sunday. Since the start of the Gaza genocide, there has been a surge in retaliatory attacks against Israel in the West Bank.
