US President-elect Donald Trump has announced nearly a dozen members of his cabinet as he prepares to take office on January 20 next year. Among them are many pro-Israeli figures who have supported the Gaza genocide over the past year and voiced their opposition to any ceasefire. This runs contrary to Trump’s campaign promise to end the wars in the West Asia region.
