The Trump Administration in the US has embarked on a crackdown of over 60 University campuses that it feels have not done enough to put an end to Pro Palestinian activism on their campuses. The first wave of the crackdown targeted foreign students that have expressed opposition to Isreals genocide of Palestinians in gaza, resulting in the illegal revocation of hundreds of student visas, followed by apprehension, detention, and deportation. Now the University campuses are being targeted with Cornell and Northwestern having nearly 2 billion dollars in federal funding cancelled by the administration.
