Israeli settlers, backed by occupation forces, have established a new outpost on the eastern fringe of Atara, a village north of Ramallah. While this may look like a small encampment—just a tent, solar panels, and livestock—it is part of a far larger colonial project that stretches from Atara to the heart of the West Bank, threatening to fragment Palestinian land and dismantle any hope for a viable state.
