Outgoing US President Donald Trump reportedly told the Georgian secretary of state that he needs to “find 11,780 votes,” to overturn the outcome of the 2020 presidential election, which he lost to former Vice President Joe Biden. “The people of Georgia are angry, the people in the country are angry. And there’s nothing wrong with saying, you know, that you’ve recalculated," Trump told Brad Raffensperger, according to audio of a phone call released by The Washington Post on Sunday.
