It is a scene that has played out in US history for the past decades. U.S. mass shootings. Not that shooting deaths don’t take place in the US almost on a daily basis. Why doesn’t the US govt. act on preventing this in meaningful way? This has put new pressure on President Joe Biden to deliver on the gun control promises he made as a candidate. In this edition of the debate, we will look at whether he will be able to beat the gun lobby in the US, while preserving the US 2nd amendment in the right to own guns.
