Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke at the think tank “Valdai International Discussion Club” which took place in Sochi. The experts from 42 countries debated topics of security in a multi-polar world and creating conditions for all countries' development. The 20th anniversary forum lasted four days and ended with a presidential plenary session.
