Another Palestinian abductee has died in Israeli jails after the regime denied him medical treatment despite his deteriorating health.

According to Palestinian sources, 49-year-old Mahmoud Talal Abdullah was abducted from the Jenin refugee camp by Israeli forces in early February. Abdullah’s health condition deteriorated sharply after his abduction, and he was later diagnosed with advanced cancer. Despite his condition, the Israeli regime refused to release him, transferring him from one prison to another and keeping him in detention until his death. Abdullah had previously been detained during the Al-Aqsa Intifada in 2002. His death brings the number of Palestinian abductees who have died in Israeli prisons since the start of the regime’s Gaza genocide to seventy-nine.
