The death toll continues to rise following a series of US airstrikes targeting Yemen’s Ras Isa oil terminal in the western Hudaydah Governorate, marking one of the deadliest American attacks on the country to date. At least 74 people have been killed and 171 others wounded in the attacks.
Many see this as an American effort to ignite internal unrest and turn public opinion against the Sana'a-based government. The move has been widely condemned by local observers, who say it may backfire by galvanizing more resistance.
