The Iranian Foreign Minister says the new administration in Tehran is determined to expand cooperation and consultations with its neighbors.
Hossein Amir-Abdollahian made the remark in a phone conversation with his Emirati counterpart, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan. Iran’s top diplomat stressed the need for boosting bilateral ties in a host of areas and called for continued consultations between Tehran and Abu Dhabi. Amir-Abdollahian also invited the Emirati foreign minister to pay a visit to Iran. The two officials also discussed matters related to bilateral ties between Iran and the United Arab Emirates.
