People in Lebanon hold a massive funeral ceremony for the late Hezbollah Secretary-General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah.
Lebanese from across the Arab country gathered in the capital Beirut en masse to pay their respects to the martyred secretary general of the movement. Nasrallah's coffin was shown to the public at the Camille Chamoun Sports City Stadium, where people bid farewell to their beloved Hezbollah leader. Attendees have also paid their respects to Hashem Safieddin, the former head of the movement’s executive council who had replaced Nasrallah after his martydom. Nasrallah’s body will be taken to the town of Tyre, where he will be laid to rest alongside other senior Hezbollah commanders. Delegates from around the world have taken part in the funeral ceremony. An Iranian delegation, headed by parliament speaker, Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf, AND Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi were also in attendance.
