Researchers in the United States have identified over 100 Native American children who died at a notorious government-run boarding school in Nebraska. Search for their remains continues. The colonial government of the US designed Christian boarding schools and for decades the schools operated with the goal of stripping Native American children of their language and culture- a program thats very similar to Canadas residential schools.
