Iran’s leader has issued a congratulatory message on the return of an Iranian naval flotilla from its mission to the Atlantic Ocean.
Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei described the return as praiseworthy for the country’s navy. The chief commander of Iran’s Navy says the flotilla sailed through some 45 thousand kilometers during the voyage. According to Real Admiral Shahram Irani, the fleet which includes Sahand Destroyer and Makran forward base ship has arrived in Iran’s territorial waters.
